TamCost is a professional estimating tool intended for use by qualified construction professionals.

All estimates generated using the Software are based on user‑provided inputs and assumptions. The Software does not verify scope, site conditions, or pricing accuracy and does not guarantee bid outcomes or project profitability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TamCost is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on estimates generated using the Software.
TamCost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.
